Shipping & Subscription Policy
Orders will ship within 1-3 business days after purchase.
Estimated delivery is 2-14 business days from the day of dispatch, depending on destination and customs.
Subscription will renew automatically on the same calendar day each month (based on Korean Standard Time, KST).
Cancel anytime before your next billing date to avoid the next charge.
Exchange & Refund Policy
Due to the nature of food products, we cannot accept returns once a box has shipped.
Orders already processed for shipping cannot be canceled.
For any items that you think is damaged or missing, contact us at info@seoulgifts.com within 48 hours of receiving delivery with clear photos, and we’ll arrange a satisfactory solution.
