🎀 About the Box 🎀
What is included in my SeoulGift box?
In a SeoulGift box, you will receive 12-15 Korean snacks (and a cute goodie) thoughtfully curated each month.
We mix things up every month so you can receive a different enjoyment. Some examples include:
- Trending snacks loved by K-pop idols
- Seasonal and nostalgic treats from K-dramas
- Sweet, savory, and unique Korean flavors
- Fun candy kits and snacks that’s hard to find outside of Korea
Our box has a pastel-toned gift-like design which comes with extra packaging for protection so when you (or your gift recipient) receives them, they are least damaged as possible (since they are coming across the globe to you from Korea!)
With SeoulGift, you can always expect a monthly dose of K-culture joy!
Can I choose what goes in my box?
At the moment, we don't have the option for customization for individual customers. If we do update, we will update you so make sure to sign up on our newsletter or leave us a message via email!
If you are planning for a big event and require customization, we are happy to provide a quote.
Where do the snacks come from?
The snacks come from renowned food & beverage companies in South Korea with years of expertise and customer loyalty with the locals.
All of the snacks that we include have been taste-approved by the curators. 😋
📦 Subscription & Orders 📦
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscription will renew automatically on the same calendar day of each billing cycle (based on Korean Standard Time, KST).
Cancel anytime before your next billing date to avoid the next charge. Orders already processed for shipping cannot be canceled.
For a 3-months subscription product, subscription will renew automatically every 3 months on the same calendar day (based on Korean Standard Time, KST).
As a discount is applied for 3-months subscription, it cannot be cancelled or refunded during the 3-month period.
You may cancel anytime before your next renewal date to avoid being charged for the next cycle of 3 boxes.
When will I be billed?
Your payment is processed right away when you place an order.
If you’ve signed up for a subscription, it will renew on the same day each month based on your original purchase date.
Renewals are processed in Korea Standard Time (KST), so depending on your time zone, the charge might show up one day earlier or later.

Do you deliver within Korea?
No, unfortunately we don't deliver within Korea.
We currently only support international card payments.
Domestic Korean payment methods (such as local bank transfers or Korea-issued credit/debit cards) are not available.
해외카드 결제만 제공하며 국내 결제수단(국민/신한 등 국내카드, 계좌이체)은 지원하지 않습니다.
Can I track my order?
Countries listed above are eligible for Express Shipping with Tracking.
Delivery usually takes 2-14 business days from the day your order is dispatched, though it may vary depending on your destination and customs clearance.
You can track your shipment anytime through your Customer Account. If you have trouble accessing it, just reach out to us at info@seoulgifts.com and we’ll be happy to assist.
How much is shipping?
Shipping Fee costs $12.50 USD.

Do you cover customs fees or import taxes?
Taxes, shipping, handling, duties, customs fees are not included in our product fees.
You will be able to check the estimated total fees during the check-out process.
Please note that depending on your location, import tax may be applied at the customs.
ℹ️ Allergies & Dietary Info ℹ️
Do your snacks contain allergens? I have dietary restrictions.
It’s likely that our snacks do contain certain allergens!
If you have any dietary restriction, we strongly recommend that you check out the relevant month page to read information on ingredients and any allergens before making the purchase.
In each SeoulGift box, we also include a leaflet that has a QR code directing you to the snack box pages. If you are gifting the box to someone else, make sure you remind them to check them out too if they have any dietary restrictions!

Do you offer vegetarian or vegan options, or halal-approved box?
Sadly, we don’t offer those options at the moment. 😔
That said, we share a sneak peek of each month’s SeoulGift box on our website so you can check details on any snacks before subscribing. We also include a leaflet in the box with a QR code that directs you to the snack box pages so you can review it before enjoying your snacks.

Can I purchase boxes from previous months?
Due to limited availability, previous SeoulGift boxes are not available for sale once they are gone. Don’t be too sad because some snacks might make a comeback in future boxes based on feedback!
