Shipping & Subscription Policy
Orders will ship within 1-3 business days after purchase.
Estimated delivery is 2-14 business days from the day of dispatch, depending on destination and customs.
This plan includes 3 consecutive monthly boxes.
Subscription will renew automatically every 3 months on the same calendar day (based on Korean Standard Time, KST).As a discount is applied for 3-months subscription, it cannot be cancelled or refunded during the 3-month period.
You may cancel anytime before your next renewal date to avoid being charged for the next cycle of 3 boxes.
Exchange & Refund Policy
Due to the nature of food products, we cannot accept returns once a box has shipped.
Orders already processed for shipping cannot be canceled.
For any items that you think is damaged or missing, contact us at info@seoulgifts.com within 48 hours of receiving delivery with clear photos, and we’ll arrange a satisfactory solution.
